Information about the download process.

The download is a two-stage process. When you first click on the Buy Button you will be transferred to the PayPal site for you to make your payment. Once that is completed you will be redirected back to the website. You must wait for a minute or two after the PayPal logo has disappeared before you begin your download. There will be a pause for several minutes while the website prepares a personalized copy of the eBook you just purchased. This delay is normal. Do not click a second time as this will interrupt the creation of your personalized eBook. After a few minutes, the download will then begin. Your copy of the eBook you just purchased will have a QR code unique to you, and your password will be your email address that you used when purchasing the eBook.

Union Street Canso, Nikon 1 J5 +_ 1 Nikon 10-100mm f/4-5.6 @ 10mm, efov 27mm, f/5.6, 1/400, ISO-400

We photographed each day on a ‘catch as catch can’ basis regardless of the weather… replicating what the majority of people do when on a driving vacation.  Our goal was to produce a ‘true to life’ travel photography eBook that illustrates the kinds of images that are possible when shooting mainly between the hours of 9am to 5pm when touring by automobile. We kept our hikes into various locations to a minimum, usually less than 400 metres (~ 1/4 mile),

Shubenacadie River, Nikon 1 J5 + 1 Nikon 6.7-13mm f/3.5-5.6 @ 6.7mm, efov 18mm, f/8, 1/160, ISO-400

We did take the odd opportunity to shoot later in the day, as seen in the Shubenacadie River image above, and early in the morning as illustrated by the Charlos Cove photograph below.

Charlos Cove sunrise, Nikon 1 J5 + 1 Nikon 10-100mm f/4-5.6 @ 10mm, efov 27mm, f/5.6, 1/80, ISO-160

All photographs were captured hand-held in available light. While I captured the majority of photographs contained in Nova Scotia Photography Tour, my wife Rosemary also has a number of images in the eBook, including several images in this article. Other than bird photographs, her images are the ones captured with a Nikon 1 V3.

Rosemary and I would like to thank all of you for your ongoing support of our photography blog! We hope that those of you who decide to purchase a copy of Nova Scotia Photography Tour enjoy the eBook!

Now that our Nova Scotia Photography Tour eBook is completed, I’ll be working hard to finish our New Zealand photography eBook… hopefully before year end. I’ll then be focusing on a range of other planned eBook projects. No rest for the wicked you know!
