During a recent week long holiday on the Saanich Peninsula in British Columbia, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Amante Luxury Bed & Breakfast.

After doing some research we booked this property as part of a flight/room package available through a travel website. You can certainly reserve a room here directly with the owners Mandy and Karl.
The accommodations are well appointed and very comfortable, including a relaxation area, small table and chairs, and sitting area to view the flat screen television.
The bathroom is also well equipped with a deep soaker tub, dual sinks and a large shower.
Our suite at the Amante Luxury Bed & Breakfast also featured a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave, coffee maker complete with coffee pods, and a small refrigerator.
There also is a good amount of storage area for clothing and personal items.
The grounds are beautiful with lovely walkways, flowers and other plantings.
The Saanich Peninsula is a beautiful part of British Columbia and the view from the rear of the Amante Luxury Bed & Breakfast gives visitors a taste of what lies in store for them.
Our suite had a private hot tub as well as the use of an electric BBQ, both of which we used on a number of occasions.
Rather than having to mess around with keys, access to our suite at the Amante Luxury Bed & Breakfast was by way of a personal access code on the door lock.
This is a no smoking property that affords its guests a wonderfully private experience.
One of the things that we enjoyed was the pass through window. Each morning we would open it up to see what culinary delight Mandy had prepared for us.
We don’t have any dietary restrictions so we just let Mandy surprise us each morning. She did ask, in advance, if we had any special dietary requirements.
Each morning began with a delicious breakfast and some fresh coffee we brewed in the supplied coffee maker. Soiled dishes and cutlery were simply put back in the pass through window.
Rather than stay in Victoria we specifically chose the Amante Luxury Bed & Breakfast located on Lands End Road as we wanted a private and romantic getaway. This property is only about a 10 minute drive from the Victoria Airport and is quite close to attractions like The Butchart Gardens and the Sidney Whale Watching Tour.
If you are looking to visit the area and would like to stay in a well-appointed, private B&B, and be treated to delicious meals each morning, we can heartily recommend Amante Luxury Bed & Breakfast.
